While attending the University
of Michigan, Jim completed extensive accounting coursework
to prepare for graduate studies emphasizing taxation. Jim
holds the advanced Master of Laws degree in taxation, and
focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Trust Administration,
Probate, and Litigation.
Following his admission to the California Bar in 1999, Jim
qualified as a member of the United States Tax Court Bar,
and was admitted to practice in the Southern and Central
Federal Districts of California. He has appeared in
several Superior Courts and in the United States Bankruptcy
Court. .
